AUFGABEN
Gesamtplanung inkl. Angebotseinholung, Terminabwicklung und Besichtigung von potentiellen bzw. neuen Padel Locations
Verhandlung, Beauftragung, regelmäßige Abstimmung von und mit Baufirmen
Projektleitung inkl. Baukoordination und laufenden Prozesskontrollen
Abwicklung des Genehmigungs- und Einreichprozesses mit den relevanten Behörden und Institutionen
Suche und Akquise neuer Standorte
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement/Projektentwicklung im Immobilienbereich
Gute Vernetzung in der österreichischen Immobilienlandschaft
Erfahrung mit der österreichischen Behördenlandschaft
Grafikkenntnisse wie InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator sind von Vorteil
Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

Für diese Position wird ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 40.000, –, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei jeweiliger Qualifikation und Erfahrung, geboten.
