MJAM GEWINNT BEIM 1. PADELZONE COMPANY CUP

13 Teams der Unternehmen MJAM, CUPRA, Eversports, LAOLA1, GLS, Infoscreen und des SK Rapid Wien standen sich bei drei Turnieren gegenüber. Nach zwei Qualifikationsturnieren spielten die Top 4 der Gruppen A und B im Hauptbewerb des Finalturniers am 21. Jänner in der PADELZONE Wien | C&C Wienerberg um den Gesamtsieg.
Nach deutlichen Siegen im ersten Spiel kristallisierten sich mit dem Team MJAM 2 (6:0 gegen die Kollegen von MJAM 1) und LAOLA1 (6:1 vs. GLS 1) schnell die Top-Favoriten auf den Gesamtsieg heraus. Es sollten auch diese zwei Teams sein, die im großen Finale aufeinandertrafen. Bei einem spannenden Spiel auf Augenhöhe, behielt das Team MJAM 2 mit 6:3, 3:6, 10:4 letztlich die Oberhand und sicherte sich neben dem Company Cup Pokal auch den Hauptpreis: ein Teamevent inklusive Coach für bis zu 20 Personen in einer PADELZONE Location nach Wahl. Den 3. Platz sicherte sich das Team Eversports 2 im Duell gegen CUPRA.
Veranstalter PADELZONE zog eine zufriedene Bilanz über den 1. Company Cup: "Das Feedback der Teilnehmer*innen war gut, alle kamen auf sehr viel Spielzeit und wir haben spannende Spiele gesehen. Wir wurden darin bestätigt, dass dieses Turnierformat eine tolle Möglichkeit ist, um mit Kolleg*innen einen lustigen Sport zu treiben, mitzufiebern und sich letztlich auch mit anderen Unternehmen zu vernetzen" sagt Daniel Wimmer, Head of Sports Operations bei der PADELZONE.

Der nächste Company Cup steht somit bereits in den Startlöchern. Die zweite Ausgabe wird in der PADELZONE Wien | STEFFL Arena, die im März wieder ihre Pforten eröffnen wird, stattfinden. Anmeldungen werden bereits entgegengenommen.
